Completed and signed application form with student and parent information.

Academic Records

Previous school reports and transcripts from the previous year.

Identification

Copy of student's birth certificate and valid passport (if applicable).

Photographs

Recent passport-sized photographs of the student.

Health Records

Immunization records and any relevant medical information.

References

Reference letter from previous school (ISAZ requirement).

Year 1-6 6-11 years old Maximum 30 students
